process and other details. Your consultant should
contact you within 72 business hours, after we have
received your request. If, you do not hear from a
consultant after this time, contact our customer service
department (service@lamourcollection.com)

Custom
Pricing
Pricing
varies by quantity and invitation style, charm, flower,
accessory (ies), paper, colors, size...and the list goes
on. Because it is our purpose to provide you with a
personalized and custom invitation, it's difficult to
put set-in-stone pricing on our designs. Please contact
us
with your ideas and we will gladly send you an estimate.
Prices per invitation start at $2.75 and up.
All invitation sets come completely assembled. There are
no ribbons for you to tie and no cards for you to fold.
Have us put your stamps on your envelopes and all you
have to do is make a trip to your local Post Office.

Payment
Procedure:

*$12.00
Sample – This fee applies “only” if you would
like a sample mailed to you. If you decide to book
with us the $12.00 will be applied as credit to your
order.

**$20.00
non-refundable fee – This fee will allow your
order to be placed on our calendar. Guaranteeing you
a position on our design and production schedules.
($8.00 for all orders with quantities of 25 or less)
Fees apply to each order production booking.

Deposit
is due at time of booking (Deposit = ½ of your
total balance)

Balance
due once production begins

In
the event of cancellation, no refunds will be made.
Quantity
Ordering
You
may order any number of sets. It is not necessary to
order in multiples of 25, if you need 37 we will create
37
and if you need 173 that can also be done! You only pay
for what you need. Minimum quantity 25.
Proofs
A
proof of your order sample will be emailed to you, free
of charge, within 5 business days after final approval
has been received. If you are unable to
view your proofs via email, we will provide a link to
enable you to view your proof. Once you have viewed your
proof, simply reply to our email indicating your
approval or notating any changes. We will make as many
changes needed until we have met your needs at no extra
charge to you!
Samples
If
you have selected a specific item that you are
interested in or if you would like for us to create a
sample based on your feedback, please click here and
fill out our form. All samples are subject to a $12.00
fee to cover time, labor, material, shipping and
handling. This fee applies "only" if you would
like a sample mailed to you. If you decide to book with
us the $12.00 will be applied as credit to your order. Samples will be sent once payment is received.
Rush
Service
Rush
service is available with a minimal $29.00 fee for
orders with quantities of 25 - 75 and a minimal $49.00
for orders with quantities of 76 - 125. Please
notate, “rush service request” on the comment
section of our form. We will do our best to accommodate
your time frame. All orders require a 3 to 4 week notice
any order under the required time is considered a rush
order.
Shipping
Your
order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS,
ground service. Your
shipment will arrive 5-7 business days after it has left
our warehouse. Actual shipping charges depend on weight,
content, dimensions and destination of package. For an
additional charge, Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air service
are available upon request. You will be notified of
shipping charges once your order is ready to be shipped.
